Membership details
All options are 12-month memberships for one HVAC system at one residential address, with two seasonal maintenance visits during the membership year. Monthly and semiannual payments are installments toward that 12-month membership. Parts, refrigerant, repairs, deep cleaning, and equipment replacement are billed separately. Priority scheduling depends on availability.
Contact Tim to confirm your service area, visit timing, enrollment, and payment arrangements. Renewal and cancellation terms are provided before enrollment. Requesting a membership on this site does not enroll you or charge your card.

Do you install mini-splits and heat pumps?
Yes. H&H handles mini-split installations, heat pumps, and AC system replacement. We’ll discuss equipment options and installation requirements for your home.
Can you help with more than HVAC?
Yes. H&H also handles kitchen and bathroom improvements, carpentry, handyman work, and plumbing and electrical projects. Send your project details so we can discuss the scope.
What should I include when I text?
Your name, neighborhood or ZIP code, what’s happening, and your preferred timing. Photos of the equipment, its label, or the project area help us understand what you need.
Can you help with an inspection repair list?
Send the relevant items and your deadline. We can discuss which work H&H can take on and scheduling availability.
What does the H&H Comfort Club include?
Every payment option includes two seasonal maintenance visits for one HVAC system, priority scheduling subject to availability, 10% off HVAC repairs capped at $250 per repair, service reminders, and a written condition report.
